Provider
The VIP service is provided by Carbon Stealth VCC. The company details are in the imprint; to reach us, use the contact page.
What you buy
VIP is a digital service: cosmetic features on the CarbonStealth.eu | Dust2 DM server for a set period, tied to your SteamID64. VIP gives no in-game advantage and cannot be transferred or sold.
Prices
Prices are in euro including VAT and are those published on the VIP page at the time of the request. There are no hidden fees.
Request, payment and start
- Requests will be made through the website (coming soon) with your SteamID64, invoice details and email.
- You receive a confirmation and the details for a bank transfer. The invoice is issued by Carbon Stealth VCC.
- VIP is activated by hand once the payment arrives. If you expressly ask for VIP to start before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, it starts right after activation.
Term and renewal
VIP is valid for the period of the chosen tier from activation. There is no automatic renewal and there are no automatic payments — a new period only comes with a new request.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
- As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason.
- If you expressly asked for VIP to start before the period ends, on withdrawal you pay the part proportionate to the period used until the withdrawal, and we refund the rest.
- To withdraw, send us a clear statement through the contact page with your SteamID64 and the invoice number. We refund the amount within 14 days to the account it was paid from.
Rules and penalties
VIP gives no immunity: the server rules and the same penalties apply as for every player.
Server availability
We aim to keep the server running continuously, but Counter-Strike 2 updates from Valve and maintenance can stop it temporarily.
Questions and disputes
- For questions and complaints, write to us through the contact page.
- If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg) and its conciliation committees for out-of-court dispute resolution.
- Bulgarian law applies, without depriving you of the protection given to you by the law of the country where you live.
